Psychiatry

Dr. Branko

My interest in the human mind and emotional life stems from medical school and my fascination with Sigmund Freud, father of Psychoanalysis. I studied Psychoanalysis during my residency in Psychiatry, wanting to understand how our unconscious mind operates. Later, during many years of practice, I studied short term insight oriented psychotherapy and have developed my own approach to therapy.
I enjoy working with people and over the years I have had much success in helping people resolve emotional issues while promoting healthy functioning. In addition to therapy approach, I have significant experience in doing various types of Psychiatric Evaluations, Consultations and Couples Counseling. I support the use of our group therapies, work with psychologists and other mental health professionals. Click Here to schedule an appointment!
